  There are aspects of the business model that were new to me (ie payment up front, parts shipped directly to us, etc) but at the end of the day, the job got done in a very timely and efficient manner. Davide is a very knowledgeable tech, particularly when it comes to high-end appliances. We’re very pleased with our experience at ASAP! Highly recommended!

  These folks did the install on all appliances at our new home 2.5 years ago and have been amazing at doing all warranty work as well as other repairs. Have never had a better service company as far as communication and results!

  We have used ASAP a number of times and have always been happy. They stand by there service which is really good. We had a persistant problem on a Bosch oven/microwave/convention combo. It took a few tries, but they got it right. The answering service does seem busy, but i would rather have a busy trandesman that one stitting by the phone becasue no one wants to hire them.
